Downloading & Installing HD Webplayer
1. Download the latest package from Here.
2. Extract the package to your required directory (example : htdocs). Following is the summary of each available files & folders inside HD Webplayer package.
Files & Folders | Description | |
Player | js | A js file that contains embedding functionality & HTML5 fallback for HD Webplayer |
images | Folder which could be used to hold images that will be used with the Player. Example : Thumb Images, Preview Images Supported Formats : gif, jpg, png | |
php | Php Scripts used by the player for certain options. Example : email.php (mail script), xmoov.php (psuedo streaming script) | |
videos | Folder which could be used to hold videos that will be used with the Player. Example : video.flv, video.mp4 Supported Formats : flv, mp4, 3g2, 3gp, aac, f4b, f4p, f4v, m4a, m4v, mov(h.264), sdp, vp6 | |
xml | Xml files used to provide input for the player.. For Example : config.xml (player settings), playlist.xml (video inputs) | |
player.swf | Compressed Player application file. | |
index.html | HTML file that holds the sample code to embed the Video Player in your Website. | |
ReadMe.txt | A Text file that contains basic guidelines over the Player. |
3. Just execute http://mydomain.com/player/index.html in your favourite browser. You can see the default video playing from the package.
4. Congrats! You have installed HD Webplayer successfully.
